This website can only summarize the most important features of the Plan as they would apply to most people. The full text of the Plan is available for review and copying from the Fund Office. If there is any conflict between this summary and the text of the Plan, the official text of the Plan will govern. The Board of Trustees has sole and absolute discretion to interpret and apply the text of the Plan in individual cases, and its decisions are binding.
