Vesting Of Participant Contributions

Vesting means that you have a non-forfeitable right to all or a portion of the value of your account, whether or not you remain employed or continue to participate in the Plan.

You will always have a 100% vested interest in all amounts received by the Fund on your account and the investment earnings on your account balance, subject of course to the Fund’s right to reduce your account balance for your share of Plan expenses.
