Who is entitled to Benefits?
Effective July 1, 1998, you will be vested in the Pension
Plan if you have 5 years of Future Service Credit, with at
least an hour of credited service worked on or after July 1,
1998, which have not been canceled because of a break in
service. Once you become vested, you are entitled to receive
a benefit from the Plan at age 65.
Prior to July 1, 1998, you become vested in the Plan
after completing 10 years of service credits which have not
been canceled due to a permanent break in service.
If you have 15 or more years of service credit, you
can apply for an Early Pension between the ages of 60 and
65.
